This page will allow you to give feedback about all University of Gloucestershire Social Work placements for which you have been a Practice Educator, Off-site Practice Educator or On-site Supervisor. These evaluations are vital in helping us to recognise areas of good practice and to make improvements where necessary. Please use your username, which will be your work email address, and your password to log in and complete the evaluation. If you are using this system for the first time, please use the forgotten password function below by clicking the blue “reset your password” link and following the instructions. You should use your usual work email address to set up your password, as this will already have been set as your username. The system will then send you an email with a link to set up a password for your first use of the system. If you forget your password, you can reset it with the same link at any time.

Password changes should work immediately; however, we do recommend allowing the system to run overnight to synchronise fully to ensure that your logon will work correctly.
